Frequently asked questions
How do I add a player to my watchlist?
Tap the Watchlist tab, then tap the + button in the top right. Search for a player by name, tap them, then choose the stats you want to track (points, rebounds, assists, hits, RBIs, goals, etc.) and the threshold. You'll get a push notification the moment they hit that threshold during a live game.
Why aren't I getting notifications?
Notifications require three things to be on:
- iOS Settings → Notifications → CHEQ — make sure "Allow Notifications" is on.
- In CHEQ → Account → Notification Settings — confirm the type of alert you want is enabled.
- The game must be live. Notifications are only delivered during in-progress games.
If all three are correct and you're still not receiving alerts, email us with your username and we'll check the backend logs.
How do I import a parlay from a FanDuel or DraftKings screenshot?
Open the Parlays tab and tap the Import button. Choose a screenshot from your photo library showing your bet slip. The app reads the slip and creates a tracked parlay automatically. (This feature is part of CHEQ Pro.)
How do I pick my favorite teams?
Go to Account → Favorite Teams. You can pick one team per league (NBA, MLB, NHL). Your favorite teams float to the top of the Scores tab on game days.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
CHEQ Pro is managed through Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → CHEQ and tap Cancel. Your Pro access stays active until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@cheqsports.com from the email on your CHEQ account. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 days and confirm by reply.
I think there's a bug.

Which sports does CHEQ cover?
At launch: NBA, MLB, and NHL. Live scores, box scores, play-by-play, standings, stat leaders, and player-level notifications across all three. More sports are coming soon.
